Dr. Kevin Elders
Kevin is a “PK,” a preacher’s kid, and grew up with three brothers in three different states, but he has lived most of his life in Greer. He graduated from Greer High, North Greenville University, Erskine Theological Seminary, and Liberty University. Even so, after spending seven years as a kid in Georgia, he is a lifelong Georgia Bulldog fan.
Kevin is married to Kelley, and they have three children – Kate, Karsten, and Kallen – all through the blessing of adoption. Kelley is a CPA with a firm in Greenville.
Since 1997, Kevin has served SBC churches as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor, including 14 years serving alongside his father at a church his father started. He and his family came to Double Springs in September 2021, and they look forward to serving here for years to come.
Kevin enjoys preaching through books of the Bible and ministering to all ages. Some of his hobbies are lifting weights, playing golf, and following UGA sports and the Atlanta Braves.
